Role Overview

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to support ERP/MES implementation projects within manufacturing environments. The role involves assisting with system configuration, testing, data validation, user support, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support ERP/MES implementation and deployment activities.

Gather business requirements and assist with solution configuration.

Perform testing, data validation, and quality checks.

Support user training and post-go-live activities.

Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.

Maintain project documentation and process records.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Participate in project meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience or academic exposure relevant to ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, or IT projects.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

ERP experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
