Job Description

  • Work with application team on challenges to existing batch workflow in Automic and file transfer rule in IBM Sterling with tightened security and address BAU batch and file transfer issues.
  • Support for Automic AWA and File Transfer BAU change requests, incidents, and IT projects.
  • Support on Audit requirements for batch workflow in Automic and file transfer rule in IBM Sterling by providing detailed RFIs for the client Application systems.
  • Support interface connectivity across client internal systems and connectivity with client external partners like Collection Agencies, Government Agencies etc.
  • To perform SPS MSSL market trial on-boarding for the active Market Retailers as per User request.
  • Support Automic Upgrade project for SIT and UAT Testing.
  • Support the ITS SCO and applications team on SFX / Automic Skillset transformation by providing guidance in file transfer event setup and batch job design, creation, and modification.
  • Automate the on-boarding and off-boarding trading partner in SFX.
  • Improve the provisioning process for Automic and SFX project environment.
  • Automate the migration process from QA to PROD for file routing rules.
