Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Functional Tester.
Mandatory experience in the banking domain.
Experience working in a Java-based environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the perseverance to follow issues through to successful resolution.
Hands-on experience in incident/problem management and change management processes.
Ability to analyze system backend logs, perform data mapping, and categorize data for troubleshooting and business analysis.
Experience in conducting functional testing and backend testing, ensuring complete traceability between business requirements and test cases.
Proficient in SQL for data validation, analysis, and testing activities.
Strong working knowledge of Jira for requirement, defect, and project tracking.
Basic development knowledge in a Java environment is preferred.
