About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Telecom Domain - OSS / BSS) to support major technology transformation initiatives across digital, BSS/OSS, integration, data, and customer platforms. The role will work closely with architecture, delivery, cybersecurity, and business teams to design robustend-to-end solutions that enable large-scale system uplift, migration, and newcapability rollout.
This is a highly hands-on, design-focused contract role requiring strongtechnical depth and the ability to operate in fast-moving, multi-vendorenvironments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design across CRM, billing, provisioning, digital channels, data flows, and integrations.
- Produce solution blueprints, interface specifications, migration models, and end-to-end architecture documents.
- Design integration patterns (API, microservices, event-driven, batch).
- Shape digital experience flows across web/app, identity, notifications, and self-service.
- Ensure designs meet security, data protection, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Work with product owners, architects, engineering, cybersecurity, and vendors to validate solutions.
- Provide design governance across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years in solution architecture/design telco or high-volume digital platforms strongly preferred.
- Solid experience in BSS/OSS, CRM/billing stacks, or telecom operations support systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, integration middleware, and data modelling.
- Hands-on ability to produce detailed diagrams, specifications, and migration designs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
