Technical Business Analyst

Experience & Qualifications:

. 6-12 years of experience as Technical Business Analyst / System Analyst
. Proven experience in: SharePoint implementations (mandatory)

Power Platform solutions (mandatory). Portal / web application delivery. Experience in Government / public sector projects (highly preferred). Strong exposure to:. Agile / Scrum delivery models
Key Competencies. Strong technical acumen with business translation ability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in complex, multi-vendor environments. High attention to detail, quality, and traceability. Problem-solving mindset with delivery ownership

Nice-to-Have Skills. Experience with:. Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management). Security and compliance (IM8, PDPA). CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore). Certifications:. Microsoft Power Platform / Azure. Agile / Scrum certifications
