More than 12 years of working experiences in IT industry and at least 8 years of experiences in technical project management
Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university
Seasoned project manager with deep product and operational expertise in implementing banking projects
Lead pre-project planning activities for technical delivery and contribute to architecture and functional specification, delivery plan, technical design, cost estimation, and resource plan
Engage and collaborate with Architects to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards
Able to clearly articulates complex matters and provide recommendations on best course of action to be taken, or to bring together involved parties to bring issues to timely and appropriate resolution
Full end to end project management in a lead role, managing the overall project delivery inline approved timelines and budget. This may include some administrative responsibilities e.g. managing project deliverables in adherence with methodology
Define, track and manage to detailed project activity plan (and dependencies) for each phase of the project
Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, Load Testing and Application Security Testing with quality result
Capable of handling Contract Management, Vendor Management, Billing and Invoicing
A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem solving ability
Well versed with Resource Planning, Execution and Tracking to ensure on schedule delivery without cost overrun
Ability to manage work across different geographies and across time zones
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Proficient with Project Management tools like MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence
