A fast-growing blockchain/fintech scale-up is transforming how the world's largest financial institutions clear and settle transactions. Backed by leading investors and founded by proven tech innovators, the company partners with central banks and major global players to deliver 24/7 real-time, automated settlement using next-generation technology.

They're expanding their engineering and product teams and are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong financial and data analysis expertise to help shape the future of post-trade operations.

What You'll Do

• Analyse and reconcile complex financial datasets (mutual funds, MMFs, fixed income, derivatives).
• Work with fixed-length and CSV files, perform deep-dive reconciliations, and identify data breaks.
• Run SQL queries and map data flows across integrated platforms.
• Document processes, gather requirements, and create clear, dev-ready user stories.
• Support manual UI testing and end-to-end validation across web and backend systems.
• Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and propose improvements.

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in fintech, banking, consulting or investment services.
• Experience with industry file formats (DTCC, SWIFT, FIX, etc.).
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; familiarity with APIs and financial system integrations.
• Background in financial reconciliation, post-trade processes, or middle/back-office operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
• Must have English and Mandarin speaking skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud-based fintech platforms.
• Knowledge of fund operations or investment workflows.
• Interest in blockchain, automation, or emerging financial technologies.
