We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Technical Business Analyst for our Integrations Pod. Reporting to the senior Product Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore.

In this role, you will lead the integration of the Vistra Global Expansion Platform (GEP) with critical enterprise systems - including SAPB1, KYC.com, SAP4Hana, Enate, Fenergo, and others - to enhance our EMS product capabilities.

You will be responsible for end-to-end data field mapping, workflow design, and the configuration of low-code integration connectors. Collaborating closely with product managers, stakeholders, and developers, you will leverage iPaaS platforms such as Mulesoft, Workato, Snaplogic, Zapier, WSO2, and Informatica to deliver seamless, scalable, and sustainable enterprise integrations that align with both business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize low-code/no-code integration connectors to streamline data flows between enterprise platforms (ERP, compliance, client servicing).
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to align and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Perform comprehensive data field mapping and workflow design, articulating integration logic and data flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure integration outcomes fulfill business objectives.
  • Familiarity and experience with iPaaS platforms (Mulesoft, Workato, Snaplogic, Zapier, WSO2, Informatica), able to participate directly in configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Document all integration processes, data mappings, technical configurations, and prepare comprehensive API documentationincluding Swagger specificationsfor effective knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.
  • Experience with cloud integration patterns, and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, file-based ETL, and common data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
  • Analyze and troubleshoot integration points, recommending optimizations and automation opportunities.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to ensure integration deliverables align with the product roadmap.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to improve integration architecture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in technical business analysis, systems integration, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing solutions using iPaaS platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Snaplogic, Zapier, WSO2, Informatica).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise data structures.
  • Proven expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Solid grasp of programming concepts; ability to read and comprehend code (advanced coding not required).
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear documentation, including integration processes and API specifications (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Prior software engineering or development experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, and data exchange formats.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, compliance systems, and cloud-based integration architectures.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato).
  • Experience with cloud-based integration services and architectures
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in integration projects.
