Job Description

  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for cost and performance visibility
  • Analyse cost drivers and provide insights for optimisation initiatives
  • Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and financial control standards
  • Support business case development, investment evaluation, and benefits tracking
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Experience in banking/financial services and transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, MIS reporting, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
