Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

You will work closely with business stakeholders and developers to turn complex business needs into technical solutions, ensuring high quality delivery across the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage users to understand business needs, problems and constraints

• Analyse requirements and propose practical system solutions

• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications

• Work with developers on solution design, API integrations and secure authentication flows

• Support API and functional testing using tools such as Postman

• Assist Git operations including branch management, code reviews and merges

• Coordinate deployments across environments and support release activities

• Act as the bridge between business and development through the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in business/technical analysis

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments

• Familiarity with software development processes (SDLC)

• Experience with REST APIs, integration patterns and authentication (e.g. OAuth)

• Comfortable working with Git and version control concepts

• Hands-on coding background or system logic understanding

• Solid stakeholder communication skills

• Mandarin speaking to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

• AI-native mindset to use AI tools for productivity
