Position: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
Contract: 12+ Months and Extendable contract
Mandatory Skills
6–10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.
Strong Banking / Financial Services experience.
ATM / Self-Service Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of ATM transaction processing and banking interfaces.
Experience with ATM Switch / Transaction Switch and integration with banking systems.
Good understanding of Cards, Payments, Core Banking and ISO 8583.
Experience with API/Web Services, REST, JSON/XML and system integrations.
Strong SQL and database analysis skills.
Experience preparing BRD, FRD, functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/Postman or similar tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
