We are looking for capable individuals to join our growing team as a Video Co-ordinator. This is a key role that involves two aspects - working closely with our creative department to plan their productions locally and abroad, and to help oversee their delivery in post.

Job responsibilities:
- Manage the production and post facilities
- Source and plan camera crew bookings & gear
- Handle production and equipment requests
- Allocate tasks to video editing team
- Assist the post-production dept to do quality checks and assorted tasks
- Liaise with client in programme deliveries and requirements
- Plan equipment purchases
- Help oversee maintenance with other key staff
Skills:
- Solid planning, time management & organisational skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter
- Technically minded and detailed
- Creative problem solver
- Adept at troubleshooting
- Familiarity with different camera equipment & editing / graphics software
