Job Purpose:
Design and lead scalable mobile payment solutions aligning business goals with secure technology platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
. Design scalable architecture for mobile and web payment platforms supporting secure transactions.
. Lead engineering teams across the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
. Translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions for customer-facing digital payment products.
. Guide integrations with banking systems, payment gateways, internal platforms, and third-party services.
. Monitor platform performance and ensure reliability, security compliance, and continuous system improvements.

Job Requirements:
. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with strong technical foundation.
. 8+ plus years software development experience including architecture or technical leadership responsibilities.
. Experience building mobile (iOS, Android, React Native) and web applications preferably within payments, fintech, or financial services.
. Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js or similar.
. Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with business, product, and engineering teams.
