Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Convert complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
• Drive architectural discussions, make design trade-offs, and create end-to-end solution frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams by mentoring, guiding, and reviewing deliverables.
• Actively participate in coding, prototyping, and reviewing applications built with ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Establish coding standards, enforce architectural best practices, and optimize performance benchmarks.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies, recommending adoption where beneficial.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements across both system and infrastructure layers.

Core Technical Expertise

• Frontend Engineering: Advanced skills in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, ES6+, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive UI/UX, and accessibility compliance.
• Architecture & Design: Proven experience with Microservices, APIs (REST & GraphQL), event-driven patterns, component-based design, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Cloud Services: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment, monitoring, scaling, and cost-effective architecture.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and automation pipelines.
• Testing Frameworks: Skilled in Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Cypress, and applying TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Security: Hands-on with OAuth 2.0, JWT, OWASP guidelines, secure coding techniques, and API/application security.
• Performance Tuning: Experienced in caching strategies, lazy loading, bundle optimization, and scaling approaches.
• Databases: Practical knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Collaboration Tools: Solid experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), GitFlow branching, and code collaboration.
• Agile Delivery: Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and managing stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or .NET Core.
• Understanding of serverless environments (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Familiarity with real-time messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and big data pipelines.
• Experience in observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and New Relic.
