Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
. Develop and execute long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
. Identify new market opportunities, expansion channels, and strategic partnerships.
. Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
. Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
2. Sales & Marketing Management
. Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
. Develop pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
. Oversee major tender submissions, contract negotiations, and closing of high-value deals.
. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, contractors, and distributors.
. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
3. Technical Oversight & Client Support
. Provide technical consultation and solutions to clients regarding mechanical hardware components.
. Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure product suitability and quality standards.
. Support complex technical discussions with customers and participate in solution design when required.
. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and technical teams.
. Establish KPIs and performance metrics.
. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
5. Stakeholder & Operational Coordination
. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution.
. Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting from a commercial perspective.
. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
