Technical and Mechanical Manager

We are seeking experienced and hands-on Technical and Mechanical Managers to oversee engineering projects, manage production teams, and ensure the highest quality standards in precision manufacturing are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in machining and mechanical systems, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead and manage the technical team in daily operations and production planning. . Oversee the design, fabrication, and inspection of precision components such as aviation parts, jigs & fixtures, and automation parts.

. Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD designs, and specifications.

. Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.

. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.

. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality standards.

. Collaborate with the production, QA/QC, and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

. Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

. Provide training and mentorship to junior technical staff

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in precision engineering or manufacturing.

. Strong knowledge in mechanical systems, machining processes, and fabrication methods.

. Familiarity with CNC machines, jigs, fixtures, and automation systems.

. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.

. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
