Technical Advisor and Project Manager

Job Description:

· Manage the execution of after-sales agreements, including O&M, LTSA, OSR, and other service agreements within the marine and power plant industries

· Maintain a thorough understanding of the contractual scope, requirements, milestones, and deliverables

· Plan and coordinate the timely delivery of parts and services in accordance with contractual requirements

· Coordinate with customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and service centers worldwide to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution

· Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and deadlines, and take action to address deviations

· Maintain regular communication with customers and coordinate the resolution of technical and operational issues

· Provide technical advice and coordinate technical support throughout project execution

· Manage project-related claims, contract variations, and changes in scope

· Prepare quotations, invoices, project reports, and other required documentation

· Identify customer needs outside the contract scope and coordinate additional service opportunities with Sales

· Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and close-out

· Contribute to improving project execution processes, including process mapping, optimization, and maintaining guidelines
