Technical Account Manager-cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical advisor and escalation point for a strategic public sector customer in Singapore.

CAT 2 Security Clearance is mandatory

This role combines cybersecurity expertise, technical account management, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery to ensure the successful operation and optimization of enterprise security solutions.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline. •

Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Account

3+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Senior Support Engineering experience

This role combines cybersecurity expertise

Strong cybersecurity background (Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, Enterprise Security Platforms)

Experience supporting enterprise and/or public sector customers

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Must be based in Singapore
