Canopy is a wealth data platform for institutional wealth managers across Asia-Pacific. We aggregate data from 100+ custodians and banks, giving family offices, external asset managers, and UHNW individuals a single, accurate view of their entire portfolio - across jurisdictions, asset classes, and currencies.

The numbers: 60+ institutional clients, 1,600+ active users, $120B+ in assets under reporting across Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, ASEAN, and Europe.

The Role

You'll sit at the intersection of sales, product, and client delivery - the person who translates what Canopy can do into what the client actually needs.

This is a hybrid role that spans three functions:

Pre-Sales 30-40%

Join prospect meetings alongside BD. Run product demonstrations, answer technical questions, draft solution proposals. You're the person in the room who can go deep on data feeds, portfolio structures, and reporting logic.

Client Onboarding 30-40%

Own the post-signature journey. Lead kickoff calls, scope datafeed requirements, coordinate with the data team, manage timelines, and get clients live. You're accountable for time-to-value.

Account Growth 20-30%

Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing clients. Identify expansion opportunities - new entities, additional custodians, upgraded modules. Drive net revenue retention.

You'll work alongside:

  • BD/Sales - you support them in closing they hand off to you post-signature
  • Client Operations - they handle day-to-day support and billing you handle strategic client touchpoints
  • Data Team - they execute datafeed setup and reconciliation you scope requirements and manage the client relationship during onboarding

Must-haves:

  • 3-5 years in a client-facing implementation, solutions, or technical account management role within wealthtech, fintech, or financial data
  • Understanding of private banking workflows - custodian data, portfolio reporting, reconciliation, multi-currency, fund structures
  • Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capability into client value
  • Ability to manage onboarding projects - scoping, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution
  • Fluent English and Mandarin - our clients and prospects span Greater China, Southeast Asia, and beyond
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity - processes are being built, not inherited
