Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly technical and customer-centric Technical Account Manager (TAM) to spearhead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for a large-scale Huawei Data Center Storage (DCS) and Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) environment.

Serving as the primary technical liaison for a major financial institution, you will ensure infrastructure stability, manage critical incidents, and drive long-term technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical escalations and strategic infrastructure O&M.
• Critical Incident Management: Lead the resolution of P1/P2 incidents. Coordinate with global backend experts to perform deep-dive troubleshooting and ensure timely restoration of services.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Own the end-to-end RCA process, from technical investigation to preparing formal reports and presenting findings to senior client stakeholders.
• Strategic Reporting: Develop and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and technical health reports, providing insights into system performance and capacity planning.
• Lifecycle Management: Monitor and review software versions and firmware patches. Provide proactive recommendations and lead the execution of patching plans to mitigate risks.

Requirements (Skills-Based)

• Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in Huawei Data Center Storage (DCS) or similar enterprise storage solutions (e.g., OceanStor).
• Cloud Proficiency: Practical experience with Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) or enterprise-grade Private/Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Incident Response: Proven track record in managing P1/P2 critical incidents within a high-pressure, post-sales, or managed services environment.
• Communication: Strong ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business insights for executive-level presentations.
• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., HCIE/HCIP-Storage) are highly advantageous.
