Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will oversee customer relationship management systems and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, designing personalized campaigns, coordinating with sales and project teams, and monitoring campaign performance. The role will also involve optimizing CRM processes, ensuring seamless customer communications, and driving project timelines effectively.

  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Market Segmentation
  • Strong Communication and Sales expertise
  • Project Management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within hybrid teams
  • Experience in CRM tools and lifecycle marketing, with a data-focused approach
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
