Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements
• Produce detailed user stories, business analysis, and functional specifications for implementation in Market & ALM risk systems
• Plan project timelines, define sprint goals, and collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions within an Agile framework
• Devise comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and cases, to validate system deliverables
• Conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Simulation Testing, and live verifications
• Provide support for BAU activities and system enhancements to ensure solutions are maintained and utilized effectively
• Develop Data APIs and create data visualization widgets using in-house toolsets (RDI)
• Create and maintain documentation on data flows, design, and process changes for audit readiness and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with business intelligence and digital teams to streamline data models, standardize UI/UX for dashboards, and embed AI tools into Market and ALM Risk initiatives
