What we will trust you with

• Provide tech support remotely and onsite for Rentalworks clients
• Work on tech operation tasks in Rentalworks kitting facility
• Work on support tickets via Rentalworks ServiceDesk to ensure SLAs are met
• Provide troubleshooting and operational task on end user computing devices laptops, desktops, tablets etc
• Provide preventive maintenance support on a fixed scheduling

What it takes

• At least 3 years experience in tech support
• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Have an open mind-set with strong perseverance attitude
• Proactive with good time management skill
