We are looking for tech engineers with cybersecurity/tech/IT experience in pre-sales, support and/or post sales delivery roles. As a Tech Solutions Engineer, your responsibilities include the following-
- Engineering activities for Cyber Security products (e.g., SASE, WAF, endpoint security, DNS Security, DLP, NDR).
- Getting involved in large-scale local & regional projects.
- Providing technical solution initiatives, PoC and implementation services including proposal, design, testing, deployment & documentation.
- Render technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
- Being on routine standby to support 247 maintenance support calls.
- Actively participating in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on the current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.
About You-
- 3-6 years of experience supporting cybersecurity or network security related solutions (i.e. Web Proxy, WAFS, or Next Generation Firewall)
- Can perform endpoint & network troubleshooting to identity and isolate the cause of the issue.
- Equipped with knowledge & experience of Cloud Based solutions.
