WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Full Commercial Cycle
From first touch to signed contract to account expansion. You source, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and grow, no hand-offs, no excuses.
Build Pipeline in High-Value Verticals
Target and convert decision-makers across law firms, legaltech platforms, financial institutions, medical organizations, and global MNCs. You know these buyers. You speak their language.
Shape Go-to-Market Strategy
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to refine messaging, test new channels, iterate on positioning, and build the commercial playbook others will follow.
Close Mid-Ticket Enterprise Deals
Run discovery, tailor pitches, handle objections, and close deals up to $100K ARR. You're not reading from a script, you're diagnosing problems and architecting solutions.
Drive Account Growth & Expansion
Identify upsell opportunities, deepen relationships, and turn customers into advocates. Your book of business grows because you nurture it.
Own the Data
Keep Pipedrive pristine. Track what works, what doesn't, and why. Surface insights weekly that move the business forward - conversion rates, deal velocity, objection patterns, pricing signals.
Explore Strategic Partnerships
Spot early opportunities with platforms, agencies, and resellers that can accelerate distribution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven B2B SaaS Closer
2-5 years of quota-carrying experience with a verifiable track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets. If you've closed mid-ticket deals ($100K ARR), even better.
Legal & Finance Sector Fluency
You've sold into law firms, legal ops teams, financial institutions, or adjacent verticals. You understand their buying cycles, compliance concerns, and decision-making structures. Exposure to document workflows, translation, or localization is a strong advantage.
Exceptionally Articulate & Persuasive
Your communication is sharp, polished, and precise, whether you're on a discovery call with a General Counsel, demoing to a CFO, or crafting cold outreach that gets replies. You simplify complexity and command credibility in every conversation.
Builder Mentality
You don't wait for enablement decks or lead lists. You research accounts, write your own sequences, pick up the phone, and iterate fast. Ambiguity excites you. Structure is something you create, not something you need.
Commercially Curious
You track objections, test messaging, monitor competitor moves, and bring ideas to the table. You're not just executing, you're thinking.
