Tech Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers
• Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Cultivating existing business opportunitiesandgenerating new business opportunities
• Handle key accounts and be responsible for medium to large scale staffing projects.
• Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires
• Provide professional HR consultancy to hiring managers and candidates.
• Keep hiring managers and stakeholders informed of recruitment status

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline, mentorship will be provided!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
