Tech Recruiter, Cybersecurity
Salary: $8,500 - $14,000 per month
Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer management
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build strong cybersecurity talent pipelines
- Explore and apply innovative methods to engage candidates, including digital outreach and market insights
- Lead recruitment-related projects to improve efficiency and hiring manager experience
- Optimise recruitment systems, tools, and workflows (e.g., ATS, automation, interview processes)
- Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to support hiring decisions
- Ensure recruitment processes are consistent, compliant with employment guidelines, and scalable
Requirements
- Degree qualification
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present recruitment data
- Proficient in optimising recruitment systems and processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
