Below Mandatory Skill :

. Strong scripting knowledge

. Control M automation

. Linux, windows administration

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain batch processing jobs, including job scheduling and automation using Control-M or equivalent enterprise schedulers.

. Implement and manage SSL/TLS and Tomcat certificates, including Keystore configuration, in compliance with banking security standards.

. Configure and support secure file transfer mechanisms, including SFTP and PGP encryption, for data exchange with upstream and downstream systems.

. Provide end-to-end technical support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure readiness prior to production deployment in a regulated banking environment.

. Assist the Project Manager with technical application setup , Database and configuration for assigned technology refresh and enhancement projects.

. Investigate, troubleshoot, track, and resolve application incidents, data discrepancies, VAPT findings, and system hardening issues, ensuring timely remediation and audit readiness.

. Work closely with external vendors, internal IT teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

. Support the Project Manager in tracking project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables, and assist with issue resolution when required.

. Provide regular status updates to Project manager , covering risks, issues, dependencies, and progress against milestones.

. Support business users during testing phases and provide strong technical guidance, including analysis and recommendation of appropriate technical solutions.

. Contribute to and maintain comprehensive technical and application documentation to support operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in application support, integration, or infrastructure roles within a banking or financial services environment.

. Strong hands-on experience with job automation, Windows, Unix platforms, and PowerShell scripting,

. Working knowledge of middleware technologies, APIs, and enterprise application integration.

. Experience with security controls, SSL certificates, encryption standards, and vulnerability remediation in regulated environments.

. Certification in Middleware, APIs, ITIL, or professional certifications in AWS Cloud or related cloud technologies are advantageous.

. Familiarity with SDLC, change management, and release governance processes commonly used in banks is an added advantage.
