Tech Arch - Infrastructure Engineer - Network

Job Description:

• Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, security groups, across onpremises and AWS environments.
• Operate, monitor, and support network connectivity, including internal systems and external integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents related to connectivity, routing, security, and performance.
• Apply firmware and software patches or upgrades to network equipment and virtual network appliances.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP address records, and connectivity documentation for all changes.
• Monitor bandwidth utilisation, track network hardware failures, perform capacity planning, and support audit activities

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience configuring firewalls, routers, switches in on-prem and AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
