We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Team Manager to lead, build and grow a team of Wealth Managers. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent and delivering wealth management services to clients in Singapore.
1. Team Development & Leadership
Recruit, train and develop a team of Wealth Managers
Build a high-performance, ethical, and client-centric culture
Provide mentorship, coaching, and career guidance to team members
Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs
2. Sales & Business Growth
Drive team sales targets across investment products
Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share
Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and productivity metrics
3. Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Ensure team delivers holistic financial planning (investment & estate planning)
Support consultants in complex client cases (e.g., HNW clients, business owners)
Uphold high standards of compliance and advisory practices
4. Training & Capability Building
Facilitate regular training on products, regulations, and sales techniques
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance team capabilities
5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and company policies
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Promote ethical selling and fair dealing practices
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in financial advisory / wealth management sales
Proven track record in sales performance and/or team leadership
Strong understanding of financial products (insurance, investments, wealth planning)
CMFAS certifications (M5, M8, M9, M9A, HI) preferred/required
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for growth
Experience in building and managing a sales team
Strong network and client base in Singapore
Ability to coach and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds
Results-driven with strong business acumen
