Key Accountabilities:

What you'll do:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Recruiters across multiple locations.
• Driving team performance and delivery against client expectations and service commitments.
• Ensuring operational excellence, quality and compliance across all recruitment activity.
• Managing team capacity, productivity and workload distribution.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnering closely with the client to deliver successful outcomes.
• Driving continuous improvement and embedding best practices across the team.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experienced people leader with a proven track record of driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering excellent client outcomes within a fast-paced recruitment or delivery environment.
• Strong people leadership experience within an operational or delivery environment.
• Demonstrated success managing performance, service quality and operational outcomes.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and a passion for continuous improvement.
