As the
Team Leader Lifeguard, we rely on you to:
- Manages Lifeguard operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of Lifeguard facilities
- Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests
- Set and maintain service standards
- Ensuring maximum protection is given to the guest
- Handle all incidents in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Possses relevant Lifeguard certification
- Experiences in outdoor /beach environment in life savings
- Posses supervisory skills in managing lifeguard
- Willing to work shifts
