We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive role with a fast-track pathway to team leadership. This position is for candidates with proven sales experience or demonstrated leadership potential who want to build and mentor teams while maintaining client-facing responsibilities.

About the role:

You will operate as a top-performing sales executive in the first 6-12 months, then transition into team leadership responsibilities including recruiting, training, and developing junior sales professionals. Your focus: building high-performing teams while staying close to your own client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

. Manage a high-value client portfolio across various sectors

. Conduct consultative B2B client engagements(office-based, face-to-face)

. Identify, train, and mentor emerging sales talent within the team

. Contribute to campaign strategy and business development initiatives

. Lead by example: demonstrate consultative selling best practices

. Participate in quarterly market expansion trips(regional markets in Asia-Pacific)

. Report on team performance, client satisfaction, and pipeline health

Professional requirements:

. 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management (consultative selling preferred)

. Proven track record of hitting targets and building client relationships

. Leadership experience (formal or informal team mentoring)

. Strong analytical and strategic thinking

. Excellent communication and presentation skills

. Willingness to invest in developing others

. Comfortable working in fast-growth, dynamic environment
