Team Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Singapore. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team members, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Team Lead will also be tasked with fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development among team members.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Project management and coordination experience
• Technical knowledge in MEP systems and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the construction or electromechanical industry is a plus
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
