JD – Key Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake administration and architecture
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex, including AI Agents, Search and LLM-powered solutions
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data governance, security and access management
• Strong Python and SQL experience for data and AI solution development
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI application development
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and enterprise data architectures
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience establishing engineering standards, reviewing solution designs and leading technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• SnowPro certification or equivalent Snowflake expertise
• Experience leading Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or AI Engineering teams
• Exposure to Enterprise AI, RAG solutions or AI Agent frameworks
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking or Investment Management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
