JD – Key Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake administration and architecture
- Experience with Snowflake Cortex, including AI Agents, Search and LLM-powered solutions
- Strong understanding of data engineering, data governance, security and access management
- Strong Python and SQL experience for data and AI solution development
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI application development
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and enterprise data architectures
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience establishing engineering standards, reviewing solution designs and leading technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- SnowPro certification or equivalent Snowflake expertise
- Experience leading Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or AI Engineering teams
- Exposure to Enterprise AI, RAG solutions or AI Agent frameworks
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking or Investment Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
