Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.
Drive business development and sales activities to connect with new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting and negotiating offers.
Actively engage in business development activities, including prospecting, networking, and building relationships with clients and candidates.
Provide regular reports and updates on team performance, sales activities, and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Ambitious and driven, with a can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding goals.
Understand the needs of recruitment software and adhere to standard professional methodologies in the market
Essential:
Proven Good Closing Techniques with good records, ability to cascade recruitment methodology to the team
Knowledge of social media and professional networks
