Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and meet revenue goals.

  • Drive business development and sales activities to connect with new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting and negotiating offers.

  • Actively engage in business development activities, including prospecting, networking, and building relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on team performance, sales activities, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the recruitment industry or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.

  • Ambitious and driven, with a can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding goals.

  • Understand the needs of recruitment software and adhere to standard professional methodologies in the market

Essential:

  • Proven Good Closing Techniques with good records, ability to cascade recruitment methodology to the team

  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks
