Team Lead, Premier/Priority Banking
We are partnering with a reputable international bank to hire a Team Lead within their Priority Banking team. This role will oversee a team of client service managers ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and a high standard of client servicing for affluent client portfolios.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 client service managers, driving service quality, productivity, and team performance
- Oversee daily client servicing activities, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and client instruction handling
- Act as the key escalation point for client queries and operational issues
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers to support client engagement and ensure timely execution of requests
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Priority Banking as an RM
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of banking products (e.g. deposits, investments, basic wealth products)
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and operational processes
