RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of 11 staff.
- Oversee a pool of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners.
- Partner our SMUA Pillars and Stackable Course Team to drive operational excellence, facilitate educational growth, and maintain a high standard of service excellence.
- Drive the optimal performance and efficient running of daily operations in accordance with established SOPs and the requirements of stakeholders.
- Oversee and optimize essential functions related to operations, planning, catering, logistics, procurement, and course support.
- Conduct regular ground engagement with learners, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Review the learners feedback and identify areas for improvement in food quality, logistics, or service level.
- Support programmes held outside regular office hours time-off will be granted in lieu.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with experience in managing a team.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing efficiency.
- Familiarity with Training Management System (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS), and Microsoft Power Automate will be advantageous.
