- To supervise a team of staff in carrying out the all the daily warehouse tasks.
- To ensure proper plan Overtime and submit for approval.
- To be able to lead by example.
- Ensure proper and accurate receipt of goods & goods issuing as well as the correct issuance of goods.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
- Able to operate the SAP & WMS.
- To conduct occasional checks to ensure that the warehouse assistant maintain the equipment in good working condition.
- Report of any accident in the warehouse.
- Ensure daily cycle counts are carried out and done.
- To carry out Daily toolbox Meeting.
- To conduct OJT & maintain OJT Record.
- Maintain Quality/HSE requirements.
- To carry out and ensure workplace safety.
- Random checks on picking / sorting items & ensure proper stacking of goods in the warehouse.
- To compile Monthly/Weekly data to Program in-charge.
- To assist in the annual stock-take of the customers.
- Keep track of the stocks for stationeries/ printer ribbons / printer labels.
- Follow up and close action items for Inbound & Outbound issue.
- Raise of inventory adjustment for approval if necessary.
- Daily checks on the mechanical handling equipment i.e. forklift, reach truck, VNA etc.
- To ensure to meet customer KPI.
