Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor (ID4813)
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
Salary: $3500-$4000

Responsibilities
. Oversee daily warehouse facility workflows and maintain accurate inventory control to support operational efficiency
. Manage receiving, storing, and distribution of goods ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer requirements
. Establish, implement, and monitor security procedures to protect warehouse assets and operations
. Coordinate material handling processes and maintain detailed customer service records for transparency and accountability
. Collaborate with customers and internal departments to plan workflows, adapt to changes, and resolve operational issues promptly
. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and reconcile discrepancies with data storage systems
. Design and maintain warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational flow
. Liaise effectively with walk-in clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth warehouse operations
. Conduct Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) inspections and ensure compliance with fire safety and environmental regulations
. Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding warehouse staff, communicating clearly, and solving problems to improve processes
. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications
. Class 3 driving license
. Forklift license
