You will be a key finance partner to our clients to deliver effective and efficient financial services to support their business objectives and operations. You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of executives.

- Validate the completeness and accuracy of payments by ensuring that all payments are authorised, comply with prevailing policies and supporting documents are in order.
- Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes.
- Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct expense accounts.
- Ensure prepayment, accruals and all liabilities are taken up in the books timely for effective and accurate financial reporting.
- Processing and maintenance of Claims applications and Records, including Disbursements, Exception handling and Refunds.
- Attends to appeals and enquiries on grant application and claims.
- Attends to escalated enquiries on claims.
- Review existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external Financial Audit Management.
- Oversee the daily operations and completion of tasks in your team.
- Report to and assist Head Training Administration and Operations in other tasks as required.
- Develop and mentor team members.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Other ad-hoc projects as may be required.
Qualities We Value
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Finance or Accounting preferred
- Additional professional finance or/and accounting certification, such as ACCA, CPA will be an advantage
- Experience in Accounts Payable and with Accounts background or equivalent professional qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in the various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
