I am looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead to join my client's edible oil team in Singapore. The role is responsible for managing a growing team of 12 execution professionals.
about the job
- Execute of physical contracts include shipping documentations, LC, demurrage, post-fixture operations
- Liaise closely with traders, chartering, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution flow
- Oversee contract fulfilment to minimize operational and financial risk
- Monitor and report KPIs for execution performance, cost control
- Act as the key point of contact between the execution team and senior trading/management teams

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or related field
- At least 10 years of commodity operations experience
- Proven experience managing or leading a large execution team
- Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and LC process
