Assisting the project manager to manage a team of 15 staff in managing 1) Admission and Enrolment, 2) Course Support Services, 3) Learner Support Services and 4) Telemarketing and Survey
Job Description:
. Supervision of the Operations & Customer Service teams.
. Provide guidance to team members
. Monitor the teams to ensure that KPIs/SLAs are met.
. Work closely with the Project Manager and SP to ensure that all deliverables are constantly met.
. Strategize ways to enhance the operation process and efficient deployment of resources.
. Prepare and verify the accuracy of the Monthly Reports.
Requirements
. Diploma holder or higher or with relevant working experience.
. Have good English proficiency, both written and verbal.
. Good Communication skills.
. Must have prior experience in leading and managing a team.

M-F: 8.30am - 6.00pm
