Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead at Crystal Zenith, located in Singapore. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks, manage team performance, and ensure that team members meet their goals and deadlines. Responsibilities include providing mentorship and support, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments.
