This role ensures accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer orders, inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff and operators to meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate closely with customer service, inventory control, transport, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and system updates.
- Analyze operational data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
- Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution within the team and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in managing a team of 20 peoples
- Minimum 35 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working in a contract logistics or 3PL environment is an advantage.
- Forklift license and safety certification (if applicable).
