About the Role

The role focuses on recruitment and management over a team of Relationship Managers, leading and driving sales performance to achieve overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Focus on recruitment and management over a team of Relationship Managers
• Lead and drive sales performance on a team basis to achieve overall business objectives
• Ensure needs-based selling and service compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal audit/security requirements
• Inculcate a high performance culture to attract, develop and retain high performing staff in support of bank's wealth continuum strategy

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant wealth management experience

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff
• Good networking skills to build partnerships with external business partners
• Strong passion to develop business and grow team
• Strong commitment to risk management and able to foster an effective risk culture
• Sound understanding of financial services which includes a working knowledge and application of compliance and cross border regulations
• For Singaporean/PR holders only with minimum Degree qualifications.
• Possess relevant accreditation (M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
