The Mortgage Distribution Team Head will lead a team of Mortgage Specialists in achieving both individual and team goals. The role involves developing and executing strategies to achieve home loan targets, driving business growth, and building long-term relationships with customers and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Mortgage Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions in alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong alliances with internal and external partners to create a robust referral base.
- Guide the team to maximize inbound and outbound lead conversion through quality client engagement and credit underwriting justification.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Mortgage Product, Credit, and others to ensure smooth workflows and efficient processes.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards related to loan advisory and services.
Job Requirements
- University degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in consumer banking with a proven track record in team leadership and management.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly mortgages and home loans, and regulatory guidelines related to mortgage lending.
- Client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service and building long-lasting relationships.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret market trends and insights.
