Job Description
Company Overview
Get Out! Events is dedicated to creating unforgettable events that inspire and connect. Specialising in corporate events, summits and conferences, we deliver tailored experiences with creativity, precision and seamless execution.
We are an AI-native events agency. We believe in equipping every team member with AI tools and agents, so our people spend less time on repetitive admin and more time on clients, participants and great experiences.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Building Executive to plan, run and facilitate corporate team building programmes from enquiry to event day. You will be the person on the ground making sure every group, from 20 to 500 participants, has a well-run, engaging session that meets the client's objectives.
Why Join Us
- AI-native way of working: AI helps with first drafts of programme flows, game briefs, packing lists, vendor follow-ups and post-event reports
- Run real programmes: lead sessions for established corporate clients, not just support someone else's
- Grow with us: learn from experienced Event Managers, with a clear path into larger programmes and events
Key Responsibilities
Programme Planning
- Understand each client's group size, objectives, venue and budget, and propose a suitable programme (e.g. amazing race, escape room or mystery challenges, CSR activities, workshops, retreat activities)
- Prepare programme flows, game briefs, facilitator scripts, scoring sheets, manpower plans and packing lists
- Source and coordinate venues, props, vendors and freelance facilitators request quotations and follow up
- Run site recces and risk checks for every location used
Facilitation and Event Day
- Lead or co-lead sessions as host and facilitator: brief participants, run activities, keep energy and timing on track
- Brief and manage freelance facilitators and crew on the day
- Handle setup, teardown, props and equipment, and make sure everything is accounted for
- Solve on-ground issues calmly (weather, late groups, venue changes) and keep the client informed
Client and Programme Improvement
- Be a clear, professional point of contact for clients before and during the event
- Collect participant and client feedback and write short post-event reports
- Help refresh and create new programme formats so our offering stays current
Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-time experience running or facilitating team building, corporate experiences, camps, retreats or similar group programmes
- Confident speaking to and leading groups of 50+ people
- Organised and dependable with timelines, logistics and checklists
- Comfortable with on-site work, early mornings, evenings, weekends and physical setup when programmes require it
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable using AI tools and modern productivity platforms
Good to have: experience at a team building or experiential events agency, first aid certification, experience with large corporate groups or overseas retreats.
Other Information
- Full-time position based in Singapore
- Salary range: SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,300 per month
- Working hours: weekdays, 10am to 6pm
- Evening and weekend work during programmes
